Express, fast pass, rapid and quick start are branding rather than product categories, and they are usually attached to the same underlying thing: an evaluation designed to be passable quickly, sometimes in a single trading day. This page separates that from instant funding, which is the removal of the evaluation altogether.
Express usually means a fast evaluation, not no evaluation
My Funded Futures publishes plans where hitting the target within the drawdown limits can be done in as little as one trading day on its faster routes. TradeDay publishes a three day fast pass route for traders who want to get funded quickly. Both are evaluations: there is a target and there is a way to fail. That is a different product from buying a funded account outright, and it is usually much cheaper.
What express does not accelerate
It does not accelerate the payout side. Minimum trading days on the funded account, consistency rules and payout thresholds apply the same way regardless of how quickly you passed, and those are what decide when a first withdrawal is eligible. A firm can advertise a one day pass and still require ten trading days on the funded account before you can request anything, and both facts sit on the same site in different documents.
How to read an express claim
Find the plan page and check three things: the profit target, the drawdown shape and distance, and the minimum trading days on the funded stage. A short evaluation with a tight trailing drawdown is not fast in any useful sense, because the speed applies to the target and the difficulty applies to the limit. Where a firm publishes the fastest time its traders have been paid, treat that as a claim about somebody else's outcome rather than a term you are buying.
Questions people ask about express funded account
Is an express funded account the same as instant funding?
No. Express usually means a quick evaluation; instant funding means no evaluation at all and costs considerably more.
How fast can you actually get funded?
Some firms publish plans passable in a single trading day. Whether that is achievable is a separate question from whether it is offered, and this site publishes no claim about outcomes.
Does passing quickly change the payout terms?
No. Payout terms attach to the plan and the funded stage rather than to how long the evaluation took.
