PropFirmPicker is operated by Joseph Ellul. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into the shortlist form: the rule you need, the account size you are considering, your email address and anything you add in the free-text box. We do not collect trading history and we do not ask for account credentials.

Legal basis and sharing

We share your details with a firm only when you ask us to, and we name the firm before we do it. We do not sell lists and we do not pass details to firms you did not name.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@propfirmpicker.com. We respond within one month.
