A no evaluation prop firm sells a funded account without a qualifying stage. In practice this is the same product as instant funding under a different name, and the important question is the same: if there is no target at the front, what condition has been put at the back before a payout can be requested?
The term itself is used loosely
This site checks phrases against firms' own pages, and the phrase no evaluation is a good example of why that matters. Funded Futures Family's page includes the phrase no evaluation consistency rule, which is a statement about a consistency rule and not an offer of funding without an evaluation. Reading that as a no evaluation offer would be a straightforward misquotation. What Funded Futures Family does publish is a page comparing evaluation with instant funding, which is the real offer.
What replaces the target
Removing the evaluation removes the filter that protects the firm, so firms replace it with conditions on the payout side: minimum trading days, consistency rules, or a profit threshold before a first withdrawal is eligible. That is a reasonable trade rather than a trick, but it means no evaluation does not mean no hurdle, it means the hurdle sits between you and the money rather than between you and the account.
Who publishes it, verifiably
Tradeify publishes instant funding on its own home page, and Funded Futures Family publishes the evaluation versus instant funding comparison. Those are the two we can verify. Five firms in this market, including Apex Trader Funding, cannot be read from our infrastructure at all and are not listed in either direction, which is why this page is a description rather than a ranking.
